• Products stored improperly after delivery.
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Return Process

1. Contact our support team within the eligible return period.
2. Share order details with photos/videos of the issue.
3. Our team will review your request.
4. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited via original payment method or agreed method.

5. Replacement Policy

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer:

• Replacement of the product.
• Alternative product.
• Refund (case-dependent).

6. Return Shipping

• If the issue is from our side, JNJ Aqua will bear the shipping cost.
• Otherwise, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without charges.
• Post-dispatch cancellation may not be accepted.
